Date of Passing: Jul 11, 2005
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLASZLO JOZSEF FRANCISCUS PRZIBISLAWSKY March 4, 1963 - July 11, 2005 It is with great pain and sorrow that the family announces the passing of Laszlo Przibislawsky on Monday, July 11, 2005. Laszlo will be forever loved and remembered by his daughter Elena; his father Laszlo and step-mother Rose; sisters, Judy (Jeremy), Marti (Jean-Pierre, Ivannoe, Mateo) and Csilla (Lindsay); and many dear friends. Laszlo was predeceased by his mother Eva in 1984. Laszlo's smile and heart of gold has left its impression on all who knew him. Laszlo had qualities too numerous to name. He was especially blessed with a quick mind and the ability to problem-solve his way through anything he put his mind to, be it computers, electronics, carpentry, cars, or home renovations. Above all, Laszlo was a devoted and loving father, brother and son, and a tremendous friend. At the drop of a hat, he would selflessly spend hours helping anyone he loved...and he loved many people. This, in addition to his never-ending dedication to his career, left him with little time to attend to his own needs. Laszlo's family would like to extend their gratitude to the Winnipeg Police Service for their help at this time. Dad, you enriched my life in so many ways, and I can't express how important you were to me. Throughout my life, you were always there to provide me with anything I needed, whenever I needed it, and I can't thank you enough for everything you did. No matter what, I always felt your love for me, and it made me strong. No matter how old I get, Daddy, I'm always your little girl, and I'll always love you. Lacika, we love you so much more than you could ever know. We are left bleeding in sorrow and at the injustice of your leaving us, comforted only by the loving memories we have of our days together with you, and by the knowledge that you are now reunited with Mama. The knowledge also that we will all meet again gives us the strength to carry on in the meantime, as we know you would want us to do. We wish you the freedom and peace that you so deserve and know that you will be in every star we see in the sky, in every flower that blooms, and in every warm, gentle breeze that blows. A service of remembrance will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20 at Thomson in the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory to Amnesty International, 312 Laurier Ave. E., Ottawa, ON K1N 1H9. Just missing Laszlo today. My life would be so much better if he was here. I look forward to seeing him soon, because his light was too bright to be snuffed out by something as simple as death. Love you so much Laz...... - Posted by: nerissa cohen (friend) on: Dec 22, 2016

I knew Laszlo as boys growing up in Stonewall, Manitoba. I remember going to birthday parties and playing at his house with our friends Kevin, Grant, Clark, and Jamie. We didn't hang out much when we were adolescents and lost touch for many years. We crossed paths at university in 1985; it was like there hadn't been a day we hadn't spoken to each other. A super nice guy, always willing to chat; interested in sharing your life and his. I'm saddened to hear of his passing. My heart felt sympathies to his family and many friends. - Posted by: Charles Pritchard (Friend) on: Jul 29, 2005

I am deeply saddened to hear of Laszlo's passing. Laszlo was very dear to me and I will miss him greatly. He was my co-worker for many years and became a wonderful friend. He was always very kind, gentle and always willing to help me. He made everything he did, appear so easy, plus he seemed to have knowledge on whatever topic I threw his way. Laszlo has always held a special place in my heart and inspired me constantly. My sincere sympathy to his daughter and everyone who knew and loved him, he will truly be missed by all. - Posted by: Tonya Campbell (Friend) on: Jul 27, 2005

I will miss Laszlo deeply. We lived across the street for a number of years, lost contact for some 20 years and ran into each other again about 4 years ago. Just one of the nicest guys you'd ever meet. Please know that you are in our prayers. - Posted by: Guy Werry (Friend) on: Jul 17, 2005
