Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDEMETRIOS JAMES CONSTAS Sadly, we announce the passing of James Constas on July 28, 2005 in Sparti, Greece. Jim was born in Agios Demetrios on February 10, 1930. As a young man, he immigrated to North America spending many enjoyable years in Winnipeg before moving to Chicago. Jim had numerous life-long friends that he made through the Greek community and while working in the hospitality industry. Upon retirement Jim happily spent his time cultivating oranges and olives in Glikovrisi, Greece. Jim will be lovingly remembered by his sister Nina (Mitsio) Rifakis, brother Takis (Pitsa) Constas and families in Greece, and sister Aphrodite (Frank) Hrousalas and family in Winnipeg. Jim was a wonderful brother, uncle and an utmost friend. He maintained a positive attitude throughout his life and leaves a legacy of love and generosity. Funeral services were held in Agios, Demetrios Greece.
