Condolences & Memories (10 entries)

  • I loved Mr. B so much. The last seven years that I have known him have truly been memorable. Through Don and Sharon I have definitely opened my eyes to the Lord. Mr. B always took care of anything that I needed help with in all aspects of my life and I am truly going to miss his regular questions he would ask me, "How are you Stace?", "Do you want to come over for supper?", "What do you need?", "Don't worry I'll take care of it.". Love you Mr. B, until we meet again. - Posted by: Stacey St. Germain (Family) on: Aug 16, 2005

  • Dear Maureen, Our deepest sympathies to you, Hal, Sandra, and Tannis in the loss of your brother and uncle. May God be with you at this sorrowful time. - Posted by: Dale & Joan Stewart (Acquaintance) on: Aug 13, 2005

  • Don catered my wedding in 1979. I won't say who I am but I always wanted to make amends with Don. I am so sorry to hear about his passing. I knew Don many years ago. I just want to say to the family hold on to your faith and I'm so sorry for your loss. I know you will all miss him so much. Someday we will all see each other again. - Posted by: R.H.S. • I feel like Don was a friend more than an acquaintance, and I always enjoyed his friendly disposition and pleasant words. He was a true 'trooper for his Lord' and I will miss him, just knowing I won't bump into him here again. He did some catering for our company when I was a manager for Block Bros. Realty Ltd. and his food was always predictably very good. God bless you as a family and enjoy many happy memories. - Posted by: Ron Derksen (Acquaintance) on: Aug 12, 2005

  • We are sending our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Don. We had many good chats with him at the Bridges for Peace Fund raiser. I just felt like checking the Winnipeg Free Press to see if anyone we knew had passed away, it was quite a shock to read the announcement. We just moved out West so we will not attend the Funeral, but will pray that people will be touched by Don's life. God Bless, Bill - Posted by: Bill & Dorie Giesbrecht (Acquaintance) on: Aug 11, 2005
