JOCELYN LOUISE BRACKE (nee BURGOYNE) Peacefully on August 18, 2005, after a battle with cancer, Jocelyn was embraced by our Lord. She was predeceased by her parents, Roderick and Madeleine Burgoyne; brother John and sister Elise in infancy. Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Michelle Bracke and Nadine Bracke-Nand; two very special grandchildren, Zachary and Brittany; son-in-law Walter Nand and his family of Sydney, Australia; sister Mary-Lynn Hartley; brothers, Rod (Elizabeth) and John (Lana); many special nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews and special friend Madeline Chabai. The family would like to thank Dr. Moser, Dr. Daenick, Dr. Crowe and all the angels that nursed Jocelyn at St. Boniface Hospital. As well, thank you to Home Care nurse, Dawn Thompson, Palliative Care nurse Louise Dansereau for her gentle care, which will not be forgotten and Revolina from Home Care who treated Jocelyn with compassion and Erin for you friendly smile. To Daniel and Liz, thank you for the kindness you have shown me; a very special friend Madeline Chabai, thank you for all the kindness that came from the heart; Vincent Lobo, thank you for your support. My daughters Michelle and Nadine you may not be able to see me, but you know I am there. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Amant Centre, 440 River Rd., Winnipeg, MB R2M 3Z9 or a charity of your choice. Memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 29 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE 885-9715 Family and friends are invited to sign the Book of Condolence at www.chapellawn.mb.ca
